摘要
介绍了Syndox400-9银催化剂在武汉乙二醇装置的应用情况,催化剂的性能测试中表明该催化剂运行一周年末选择性为83.5%、运行两周年末选择性为82.18%,实际选择性低于保证值选择性。循环气中抑制剂(EC)注入量、乙烷浓度等因素,对该催化剂性能有较大影响。通过持续进行催化剂优化(调整生产负荷、调节反应温度以及抑制剂注入量),有效的减缓了该催化剂选择性的下降趋势。
The paper present the Application of catalyst Syndox400-9 in ethylene glycol plant, the first annual performance test of the catalyst showed that the catalyst selectivity was 83.5 %, the second annual performance test of the catalyst showed that the catalyst selectivity was 82.18 %, the actual selectivity was lower than guaranteed value.
