摘要
建筑装饰涂料样品,制成干基样品后,研磨细至200目,使用混合酸(硝酸+过氧化氢)进行微波消解后,样液用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定样品中铅、镉、汞、铬,对影响其测定的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了最佳的实验室测定条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.024-0.002μg/m L,回收率为96.1%-104%,RSD为小于1.0%。
The architectural decoration coating samples, after the preparation of dry base sample and grinding to the fineness of 200 holes, were digested by microwave using mixed acid-nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Then the digestion solution was determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES), for Lead, Cadmium, Mercury and Chromium. The research of various factors was comparatively detailed presented, which the determination were affected. And the best condition of laboratory measurement was confirmed. The results indicated that the detection limit of the method was 0.024-0.002 μg/m L, the recovery rate was 96.1 %-104 % and RSD is less than 1 %.
