电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定地表水中的15种重金属元素(铜锌铅镉镍铁锰钡铍钴钼钒钛锑硼) 被引量:5

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法直接测定地表水中15种重金属的分析方法,地表水样品经过0.45μm滤膜过滤后可直接上机测定。用15种元素的标准溶液制作了各自的标准曲线,所得线性回归方程的相关系数在0.999-0.9999之间。用空白水样为基体,对15种元素进行21次空白测定以4.26倍标准偏差计算方法检出限。对15种元素的标准样品或者曲线浓度标液进行测定,计算其相对误差均在范围之内。对地表水样品或者标准样品进行12次测定,计算其精密度,所得相对标准偏差0.73%-3.18%,并加入一定量15种元素的标准溶液做回收试验,得到回收率在93.5%到109%之间,准确度满足要求。 The 15 heavy metals in surface water were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) directly, which samples had been through 0.45 μm filter membrane firstly. The standard curves were drafted by respective standards and each correlation coefficient of them was higher than 0.999. Measuring the blank(a clean water sample) 21 times continuously, 4.6 times of respective standard deviation was the detection limits of each heavy metals. The concentration of standard sample had been tested and relative error were calculated in scope. The surface water sample or standard samples were determined 12 times for the precision, which relative standard deviation was between 0.73 % to 3.18 %. Using standard samples recovery as another quality control method, the recovery of 15 metal element was between 93.5 % to 109 %, which accuracy meet the requirements.
