摘要
汽车前轮外倾角与前束值是前轮定位中两个非常重要的参数。根据前轮侧滑机理,考虑前、后车轴推力角,以及轮胎特性和车辆结构参数,对外倾角与前束值之间合理匹配的关系进行了详细的解析研究。参照GB 7258—2004的要求,通过试验的方法验证了该计算方法的正确性,为汽车开发过程中外倾角与前束值合理匹配提供了理论参考。
In order to improve a coach' s results of returnability test and side slip test, considering the thrust angle, a new optimi- zation design of camber and toe-in is developed. Based on function of vehicle construction, wheel sideslip and alignment parame- ter, a method for optimization of camber and toe-in is brought out. Finally, an actual optimal analysis is made for a coach as an ex- ample.
