基于模糊商空间理论的典型工艺路线获取方法

Typical process route acquisition approach based on the theory of fuzzy quotient space

为了高效地从CAPP数据库中挖掘出典型工艺路线,提出一种应用模糊商空间理论进行典型工艺路线获取的方法。首先基于特征建立零件工艺路线相似度的评价模型,并应用模糊商空间理论构建零件工艺路线的分层递阶结构;然后采用信息熵对分层递阶结构中的工艺路线粒度空间进行定量描述,并根据信息增益和最低工艺路线相似度来确定最优粒度空间;最后对最优粒度空间中工艺路线粒进行处理,找到粒内工艺路线的最长公共子序列,得到典型工艺路线。应用实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

To extract the process knowledge from CAPP database, a typical process route acquisition approach based on the theory of fuzzy quotient space is proposed. Firstly, an evaluating model for process routes similarity is established based on features of parts, and according to similarity of process routes, the hierarchical structure of process routes is built by using the theory of fuzzy quotient space. Then, the process route granular spaces in hierarchical structure are measured by information entropy, and the best process route granular space is determined according to information gain and the minimal similarity of process routes in process route granules. Finally, through seeking the Longest Common Subsequence （LCS） in process route granules, some typical process routes are acquired. An application case indicates the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
