摘要
传统的曲轴深斜油孔加工方式存在工序分散、加工成本高和冷却液耗费大等诸多弊端,现采用高速卧式加工中心来保证工序集中,并应用先进的刀具微量润滑(Minimal Quantity Lubrication,MQL)加工技术,实现曲轴深斜油孔加工的技术突破,达到提升质量、高效、环保和低成本等生产目标,符合绿色可持续发展之路。通过曲轴深斜油孔的实际加工,对MQL的构成及使用条件等进行深入研究。
The traditional crankshaft oblique oil hole machining depth are dispersed process, high processing cost, the cooling fluid consuming a lot of defects,is the use of high-speed horizontal machining center to ensure the process of concentration and applica- tion of tool trace lubrication advanced processing Minimal Quantity Lubrication (MQL) technology can realize the deep break- through crankshaft oblique oil hole machining, improve quality, high efficiency, environmental protection and low cost production goals, more in line with the green road of sustainable development. Through the actual processing of crankshaft oblique oil hole of deep, MQL composition and operating conditions are studied.
