论“十三五”规划对医药类高校就业创业指导服务体系建设的要求与启示

医疗卫生事业和就业创业工作是"十三五"规划的重要内容。"十三五"时期是全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,"十三五"时期的目标之一就是"就业比较充分,就业服务体系更加健全",它描绘了就业创业工作的美好蓝图,为医药类高校毕业就业工作带来了福音,更指出了医药类高校就业创业指导服务体系建设的光明前景。同时,"十三五"规划要求我们医药类高校就业创业指导服务体系建设必须树立积极主动的就业创业指导服务意识、形成科学合理的就业创业服务机制、构建促进就业创业的良好氛围。在人才培养模式上,"十三五"规划启示我们应树立学生发展本位、教学环节本位和社会需求本位的医药类高校就业创业指导服务体系建设理念。

Medical and heahh services and employment are important contents of ＂Thirteenth Five Year Plan＂. Thirteenth-Five period is a decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. One of the goals of Thirteenth-Five period is ＂Employment is more adequate, and the employment service system is more robust＂. It de- picts the blueprint for the employment and entrepreneurship work, and brings the gospel to the medical college graduate employment. It also points out the bright prospects for the construction of the guidance service system for medieal college employment and entrepreneurship. ＂Thirteenth Five Year Plan＂ requires that our medical and phar- maceutical university employment guidance service system must establish a proactive employment and entrepreneur- ship guidance service consciousness, to form a scientific and reasonable employment and entrepreneurship service mechanism, to build a favorable atmosphere to promote the employment and entrepreneurship. In the talent training mode, ＂Thirteenth Five Year Plan＂ reveals that we should set up the concept of the construction of the service sys- tem of the medical college, which is based on the student development standard, the teaching link standard and the social demand standard.
