上海高校内部治理体系和治理能力现代化机制探究

文章主要围绕高校内部治理体系和治理能力的基本概念展开论述,以上海高校治理体系完善与治理能力提升的制约因素为基础进行剖析,提出完善治理体系、提升治理能力的机制,以期通过一系列的机制设计改善上海高校内部治理。

In this paper, the study starts with the basic concepts of internal governance system and governance capacity in colleges and universities, discusses the constraints of governance system and governance capacity in Shanghai colleges and universities, and then comes up with the mechanisms to improve the governance system and governance capacity, so as to establish a well-developed internal governance system and governance capacity in Shanghai Colleges and Universities with a series of mechanism design.
