摘要
回顾总结了"十二五"期间我院数理化统计基础学科,通过调整学科发展方向,对接学校"1030"战略,不断推进涉农深度,初步形成了亲农特色,学科的协同效应和综合竞争力得到了较大的提升。阐述了"十三五"时期这些基础学科进一步建设的思路,通过打破一个观念,确立一个中心;打破学科壁垒,组建两个团队;制定管理制度,规范内部管理;健全评价体系,完善激励机制;显著提高院内各学科间的融合度,努力形成以四个学科为节点的开放式闭路循环系统,追求农林院校内基础学科的特色和优势。
This article reviews and summarizes four basic disciplines during 12th Five-Year Plan period in our school. Through adjusting the development direction and docking "1030" strategy, the agricultural depth has contin- ued to promote and the pro agriculture characteristic has preliminary formed. The synergistic effect and comprehen- sive competitiveness has been greatly improved. The further construction idea of these basic disciplines during the 13th Five-Year Plan period are analyzed to break "one concept" and establishing "a center"; Breaking the barriers between disciplines and setting up two teams; Establishing management system and regulating the internal manage- ment; Perfecting appraisal system and improving the incentive mechanism; Significantly improving interdisciplinary integration of the school and trying to build the open closed loop system of the four disciplines, in order to give fully play to the characteristics and advantages of the basic disciplines in agricultural and forestry universities.
