摘要
如何培养医学生自主学习能力、建立医学生自主学习模式,成为近年来高等医学院校教学改革面临的一个重要课题。文章从医学生自主学习能力的现状和特点、医学生自主学习能力的评价指标体系、医学生自主学习能力培养的教学管理实践的角度出发,对目前医学生自主学习能力培养的理论探索与实践进行了总结,以便为教学管理部门制定有关医学生自主学习能力培养政策、提高医学教育质量提供借鉴。
How to cultivate medical students" self-regulated learning ability and establish the model of self-regu- lated learning ability becomes a significant subject for the teaching reform of medical colleges. This paper expounds the present situation, characteristics, and the evaluation system, and teaching management practice of medical students" self-regulated learning ability. The summarizing of the theoretical exploration and practice of medical students" self-regulated learning ability may provide guidance for teaching management department to make policies on medi- cal students" self- regulated learnin~ abilit,~ trainin~ and to improve the oualitv of medical higher education.
