地方本科院校转型发展背景下本科生导师制的改革与完善

立足转型发展,从培养具有创新精神的高素质应用型人才的角度出发指出了目前地方本科院校实施的本科生导师制存在的一些问题。为了促进应用型人才的培养,为了发挥本科生导师在应用型人才培养中的积极作用,提出了一些完善本科生导师制的建议。

Based on transformation development, some problems about the undergraduate tutorial system imple- mented in local colleges and universities are pointed out from the perspective of cultivating high-quality applied talents with innovative spirit. In order to promote the euhivation of applied talents and enable the supervisors for undergraduate to play a positive role in the cultivation of applied talents, some suggestions of improving the undergraduate supervisor system are put forward.
