地方高校教学质量监控体系的思考与实践

教学质量监控体系的建设具有重要意义,不但要符合学校办学实际和特色,还应树立先进的理念。海南师范大学以"坚持以人才培养为中心,突出教学工作重中之重地位"、"坚持学生学业发展与教师专业成长相结合"、"坚持教学过程质量与结果质量并重"为基本理念,建立和实施了一套由全程性教学监控机制和完善性教学管理体制构成的教学质量监控体系,取得了显著的办学成效。

The construction of teaching quality monitoring system is of great significance, which should not only be in line with the reality and characteristics of school running, but also needs the establishing of advanced thoughts. The basic concepts of Hainan Normal University is to ＂adhere to the center of talent training and highfight the teaching work＂, ＂insist on the combination of academic development of students and professional development of teachers＂, ＂adhere to the equal importance of teaching process quality and outcome quality＂, through which the teaching quality monitoring system, including the whole process teaching supervision mechanism and the perfect teaching management system, is established and implemented, and significant results of running school is achieved.
