高等院校教学助理制度的探索

高等院校教学助理制度起源于19世纪末的哈佛大学,是高等学校课程教学的重要组成部分,然而目前我国教学助理制度从管理到内容上尚存在不足之处,通过对台湾大学教学助理制度的探索,以期对教学助理制度在我国高校的良好推行起到启示作用。

Teaching assistant system originated from Harvard University in the late 19th century, which is an important part of course teaching in colleges and universities, but the current teaching assistant system still has some problems on management and contents. Here we try to elaborate the teaching assistant system in Taiwan University, and by doing so we hope to provide reference to promote the implementation of teaching assistant system in colleges and universities.
