职业生涯能够实现完美的人生,是决定一个人人生质量的重要保证。目前,随着我国高等教育大众化的推进,高等职业教育广泛地得到人们的认可,针对不同年级的学生实施职业生涯规划教育,成为各个高校关注的焦点。文章通过分析以就业为导向下职业生涯规划教育的重要性,对于以就业为导向的职业生涯规划教育进行了研究,以期能够提升大学生的就业能力,引导大学生清晰职业发展愿景,树立与市场经济相适应的现代就业观,满足社会的需求。

A good career is an important guarantee of one＇s life quality and can achieve a perfect＇ life. Now, with the popularization of higher education, vocational education has been widely recognized by people, the imple- mentation of career planning for different grades of students has become the focus of attention in colleges and uni- versities. This paper analyzes the importance of career planning education, and studies the employment-oriented ca- reer planning education, so as to enhance the employment ability of university students, to guide students to build clear career development vision, to establish a modern employment outlook, and to meet the needs of society.
