高校非在编人员入会及权益维护情况的分析与思考

在对高校校办产业系统内非在编人员基本情况进行基础调研的基础上,对非在编人员入会和权益保障方面存在的主要问题进行了综合归纳,根据调研分析的结果,对高校非在编人员入会及维权问题进行了思考并提出对策。

Based on the research on the basic situation of non-permanent staff in colleges and university, this paper summarizes the main problems about entering trade union and protection of rights and interests of non-permanent staff in colleges and university and puts forward countermeasures to solve the existing problems.
