高校物业管理工作现状及育人功能的强化策略

高校物业管理工作在维持学校的正常运行过程中发挥重要作用。相较于社会物业管理,呈现出兼具教育性的特点。文章分析了高校物业管理的特点及现状并就其育人功能的强化提出建议,以期提高高校后勤管理与服务水平,并拓宽高校育人工作的空间和领域,促进高校育人工作的开展。

As an important part of university logistics service, Property management work in colleges and uni- versities play an important role in the process of maintaining the normal operation. Compared with the social prop- erty management, it presents the characteristics of both service and education. This paper analyzes the characteristic and status of property .management in colleges and universities and puts forward suggestions on its function of moral education, in order to improve the logistics management and broaden the space and field of moral educational work in college and universities.
