基于群体心理学的高校隐性思想政治教育研究

高校隐性思想政治教育一直是高校管理研究的热点,当前大学生群体已步入90后时代,大学生的思想政治教育工作已经不能单纯地使用直接教育手段开展,更多地需要结合新时代的传播媒介和教育手段才能真正地将思想政治教育落到实处,文章以群体心理学作为研究角度,针对高校隐性思想政治教育进行分析,结合两者对做好大学生思想政治教育工作进行探索。

The implicit ideological and political education has always been a research focus in management in colleges and universities. However, for college students after 90s, the ideological and political education cannot only use the means of direct education, but need to adopt the means of education in the new era, such as communication medium. This paper analyzes the implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of group psychology in order to improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
