基于职业导向的“三主四让双主体共育”人才培养模式构建——以高职院校新闻采编与制作专业为例

新形势下,高职教育迎来了重大发展机遇,也面临着新的挑战。文章以高职新闻采编与制作专业为例,基于职业导向,探索了"三主四让双主体共育"人才培养模式,培养学生专业技能、职业素养和创业意识,使其具就业创业能力。

Under the new situation, higher vocational education faces development opportunities as well as new challenges. Taking the journalism major in the higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper explores the career oriented talent training mode of ＂cooperative cultivation of three Mains, four Lets and double subjects＂ to cultivate students＂ professional skills, professional quality and entrepreneurial consciousness, which eventually im- proves students＂ employment and entrepreneurial ability.
