跗骨窦切口Acutrak螺钉内固定治疗Sanders Ⅱ型跟骨骨折 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨经跗骨窦切口Acutrak螺钉内固定治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法笔者自2012-01—2013-12采用经跗骨窦切口Acutrak螺钉内固定治疗32例(36足)SandersⅡ型跟骨关节内骨折。结果术后所有患者获随访12-24个月,平均16个月。骨折均于3个月内愈合,术后Bohler角为10°-40°(18.7±4.1)°;术后12个月随访时AOFAS踝-后足功能评分为76-100(92.4±6.2)分,其中优23足,良11足,可2足,优良率94.4%。结论经跗骨窦切口Acutrak螺钉内固定治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨关节内骨折疗效可靠,具有复位满意、固定牢固、软组织并发症少等优点。
