摘要
程丑夫教授认为胃心痛多由情志不遂,忧思恼怒,饮食失调,或寒邪凝滞,使心胃气机郁滞发病,治疗以顺气解郁、开痹宽胸为法,配合祛瘀化痰、补虚健中等治疗,临床疗效显著。
Professor Cheng Choufu considers the pathogeny of the pain of stomach and heart are emotinal disorders,irregular diet or stagnation of cold-evil, which lead to the onset of Qi stagnation of stomach and heart. The treatment method is based on ＂guiding Qi and relieving depression＂ and ＂open and relieve chest stuffiness＂ methods, and combined with ＂removing and reducing phlegm＂, ＂reinforcing deficiency and strengthening the middle warmer＂ etc. treatment methods, which show obvious clinical effect.
