环形紫外消毒反应器流场数值模拟

摘要 采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT模拟环形消毒反应器的内部流场,选用标准k-ε模型、RNG k-ε模型、Realizable k-ε模型、RSM模型模拟湍流应力,并将模拟结果与PIV实验结果进行对比。研究表明:CFD数值模拟的方法可以有效获得环形紫外消毒反应器的内部流场;其中标准k-ε模型的模拟结果与PIV实验结果最为接近,能更好地模拟环形紫外消毒反应器的内部流场。 A 3D numerical simulation of internal flow field in a annular disinfection reactor was carried out by using CFD software fluent. The Standard k-ε, RNG k-ε, Realizable k-ε, RSM turbulence models were adopted to describe turbulence stress. Results showed that CFD can provide detailed flow field in the annular UV disinfection reactor. In general, the simulation based on the Standard k-e accorded well with the experimental results.
