摘要
以空气为工质,在流量为33 m^3·h^(-1)下,对手套箱进行数值模拟,获得手套箱内流体流场分布;并进一步设计手套箱实验装置,应用PIV进行实验测试,以考量数值模拟计算的正确性与可靠性。结果表明,二者速度矢量方向一致,并在测试区域内随机取3个位置的数值计算速度值与实验速度值进行比较,最大误差18.14%,说明数值计算结果是可靠的,可为手套箱的优化设计提供依据。
In the paper, numerical calculation of the glovebox in which air was working fluid and mass flow rate of air was 33m^3·h^-1 was carried out, and the tlow field distribution inside golvebox was obtained. In order to evaluate the correctness and reliability of glovebox numerical calculation, the experiment device was design according to the calculation model, and then PIV test was implemented. It was showed that the velocity vector obtained from numerical calculation agreed with experiment test, and compared simulation result with experiment result, 3 positions were selected randomly in the test regions, the maximum error was 18.14%. These show that the simulation result was reliable, and it can provide bases for optimization design of glovebox.
