槲皮素分子印记聚合物的合成条件研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用分子印迹技术,以槲皮素为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成槲皮素分子印迹聚合物。考察了单体与交联剂比例、引发剂用量、溶剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对槲皮素吸附量的影响,结果表明:在槲皮素为0.13 g,丙烯酰胺为0.20 g,交联剂为10.0 g,引发剂为35 mg,丙酮为15 mL,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为16 h的条件下,聚合物有较好吸附效果。制备的印迹聚合物对槲皮素的最大吸附量为553mg/g。 The molecular imprinted polymer(MIP) was synthesized by precipitation polymerization with quercetin as template, acrylamide(AM) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinker and Azo-iso-butyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The factors of influence such as the ratio of monomer to crosslinker, the amount of initiator, the amount of solvent, the reaction time and the reaction temperature were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the amount of crosslinker was 10.0 g, the amount of initiator was 35 rag, the amount of acetone was 15 mL. the reaction time was 70 ℃ and the reaction time was 16 h when the amount of quercetin was 0.13 g and acrylamide was 0.20 g. The largest adsorbing capacity of M1P which had specific molecule recognition ability to quercetin was 553 μg/g.
