不停车化学清洗在纯碱循环冷却水系统中的应用

摘要 针对纯碱车间循环冷却水系统存在的污垢和黏泥沉积问题,采用不停车化学清洗的处理技术,通过碳化塔热量衡算及氨盐水温度,对清洗后纯碱车间设备换热的效果进行了分析比较,结果表明:碳化塔清洗后比清洗前同时期单位小时多移走热量8553349 KJ,氨盐水温度降低0.4℃,换热效果明显改善,从而保证了设备的安全运行,达到了节能降耗的目的。 It was removed that the scale and biological tbuling of circulating cooling water system of soda plant by using technique of chemical cleaning on line. Through the calculation of carbonation tower heat balance and measurement of the temperature of ammonia salt water, also compared with the heat transfer efficiency of equipments in soda department after cleaning. The restllts showed that the more heat could be removed by carbonation tower after cleaning, the number went to 8553349KJ, and the temperature of ammonia salt water was 0.40C lower. The saving energy and reducing consumption could be achieved after chemical cleaning on line.
