广西北部湾石化产业存在原料缺失、产业链延伸不足、同质化、公共配套滞后等诸多瓶颈,使其发展举步维艰。对北部湾石化产业的发展现状及瓶颈和存在问题深入分析后,从港口资源条件利用、龙头带动、发展急需基础石化原料和产品、一体化资源耦合、配套协同和政府层面引导等方面给出了破解瓶颈和问题的建议措施。
