退锡废液的资源化利用研究

Research on Resource Recycle of Spent Tin-stripping Solution

退锡废液作为线路板行业产生的主要废液之一,数量大,成分复杂,对环境危害严重。文章采用分步中和沉淀法对退锡废液进行处理,最终实现锡、铁、铜金属的有效分离,并制备出含量大于55%的锡泥、饲料级硫酸铜和工业级硝酸钠产品,完全实现资源化再利用。

Spent tin-stripping solution, which has big quantity, complicated composition, is one main kind of waste liquid of PCB industry. It can make serious damage to the environment. The paper provided a method to separate the metal of tin, iron and copper step by step by sedimentation. The content of tin, which was more than 55 % of the tin sludge, feed grade copper sulfate and industrial grade sodium can be obtained after the treatment. The resource can be full）,＇ recycled.
