延长异戊烯装置醚化催化剂的寿命

摘要 催化剂的性能和原料中的杂质对催化剂的寿命有一定的影响,采用合适的甲醇与异戊烯的比例和合适的温度范围可以改善反应过程中重组分的生成,延长催化剂的使用寿命。结合装置所使用的原料及工艺,对催化剂失活原因进行分析,并进行相应对策的探讨,取得了较好的效果。 The life of resin catalyst depended on its performance and the impurities in raw material crude isoamylenes. The formation of heavy compounds could be reduced under the suitable temperature and the ratio of methanol to isoamylenes. Combining the raw materials and etherification process, analyzed the reason for catalyst deactivation and studied the corresponding measures, the life of resin catalyst was up to 5 years.
