摘要
针对含高盐份废水样品,建立用ICP-MS标准加入法测铊的方法。通过调协确定仪器的最佳工作参数。进行模拟基体干扰实验,确定内标法不适用。本方法适用范围20~200 ug/L,精密度RSD为2.67%,回收率为97.24%~106.6%,能够满足日常分析测试要求。
A method of measuring thallium by Standard Addition Method in ICP-MS was established lbr the high salty waste water sarnple. The optimal working parameters of the instrument were determined by tuning. The simulation experiment confirmed that Internal Standard Method was not applicable. The method range was between 20 ug/L and 200 ug/L, precision RSD was 2.67 %, the rate of recovery ranged from 97.24 % to 106 %, it could meet the requirements of daily analysis.
