摘要
建立了气相色谱质谱法检测塑料中的丙烯酰胺的方法。样品经水和四氢呋喃的混合溶液超声提取后,与溴化钾、氢溴酸、饱和溴水进行衍生化反应。衍生物经乙酸乙酯提取后,采用气相色谱质谱法进行分析。在上述条件下,在丙烯酰胺质量浓度为0~0.5μg/m L范围内,其峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好。在不同加标水平下回收率为87%~104%。本方法最低检出限(LOD)为5μg/kg,峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%。此方法可快速、准确地测定出塑料中丙烯酰胺的残留量。
A method for the determination of Acrylamide residue in plastics by Gas chromatography mass-spectrometry was established. The Acrylamide was extracted from plastics by automatic digestion oven with the solvent which mixed of water and tetrahydrofuran and reacted with Potassium bromide, Hydrobromic acid and Saturated bromine water. The derivative was extracted by ethyl acetate and determined by GC-MS, There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of Acrylamide in the range of 0-0.5 μg/mL. The recoveries of Acrylamide were 87 %-104 % at different levels. The limit of detection was 5 μg/kg. The relative standard deviation was 1.6 %. The method can be used for the determination of Acrylamide in plastics quickly and accurately.
