高职化学实验室建设与管理现状分析及我院改革

Real-life Analyze of the Chemical Laboratories Construction and Management in Higher Vocational Colleges and Innovation in My Institute

目前,在大多数高职院校,化学实验室受到重视不够,实验室存在这硬件设施不足、管理人员配备不合理和管理制度落后不科学的现象,大大制约了实验教学甚至是高职教育的发展。我院从自身实际情况出发,从观念、人资、硬件、政策、制度等方面进行化学实验室的改革。

The chemical laboratories have received only scant attention in most of the higher vocational colleges at present. The shortage of hardware facilities, the defects of management staffing, and the backwardness of management system greatly restrict the development of the experiment teaching and the higher vocational education. Based on our own situation, the chemical laboratory has been retbrmed with regard to the concept, personnel allocation, hardware facility,policy and system in our institute.
