论员工工作设计及授权赋能于团队

摘要 科学的工作设计决定着组织与员工的共同完善。有效的工作设计要能激发员工的积极性和提升组织绩效,要依据任务的技术特征和员工的个人需求进行权变设计。作为一种高效的工作范式,自我管理团队需要授权赋能,要在组织层面和员工个人层面构建支持体系。 Scientific job design decisions to perfect the organization and employee. Effective job design should stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff and improve organizational performance. Effective job design should be based on technical factors and personal needs. As a way of efficient job design,self- managed teams need empowerment and to build support systems on the organizational and the individual level.
