为了实现建筑施工企业长久的安全生产,结合工作实践中的体悟,运用联系的观点进行思考,提出了必须高度重视的若干问题,建立起包括安全生产责任制、目标管理、标准化管理、教育机制、安全生产管理者队伍、管理创新、企业文化在内的稳定的安全生产管理架构。

In order to realize the long-term safety of construction enterprises, this paper combines the understand- ing in engineering practice and further expanding thinking to lists the issues which should be attached great impor- tance to. We also establish the stable framework of safety production management, including responsibility system, target management, standardized management, education system, safety production management teams, management innovation and enterprise culture.
