基于专利权转移的高校专利转化有效模式分析

Analysis on Effective Modes of University Patent Transformation Based on Transfer of Patent Rights

相比专利申请权的转移与专利实施许可,基于专利权转移的高校专利转化呈现快速增长态势。根据中国知识产权网中专利法律状态中的专利权转移信息,对专利转化量排名前10位的高校进行受让人分析,发现高校专利转化存在巨大增长潜力。在此基础上,总结了高校专利转化的三种有效模式:地校模式、队企模式和科技中介模式,并对三种模式的未来发展给予了针对性建议。

Compared with the transfer of patent application rights and patent licensing,university patents transformation based on transfer of patent rights presents a rapid growth trend. According to information of patent rights transferring from patent legal status in China Intellectual Property Net,it＇s found that there is a huge potential for growth for university patents transformation by analyzing assignee with ranking top 10 universities about amount of patent transformation. On this basis,the three effective modes of university patent transformation are summarized： region-university mode,team-enterprise mode and technical intermediary mode,and the specific suggestion for future development of the three modes are given as well.
