摘要 本文以资源基础观、交易成本与社会资本理论为理论基础,构建了高管团队成员社会关系、联盟伙伴间信任与创新能力之间关系的研究模型,收集了环渤海地区253家战略新兴行业企业的调研数据,运用了结构方程模型来验证本文的研究假设。结果表明,高管团队成员的社会关系以联盟伙伴间信任为中介对企业创新能力产生影响,情感信任在其中发挥了部分中介作用,而能力信任的假设在检验中并未得到支持。因此,处于转型升级中的中国企业应当积极利用高管团队成员的社会关系增强联盟伙伴间的信任,让信息、资金与技术等资源加速在联盟内流动,最终提升企业创新能力。 Based on the resource-based view,transaction cost theory and social capital theory,we created a model to explain the relationship among TMT social relationship,Alliance partners' trust and Innovation capacity. After then,we collected 253 strategic emerging companies,which located in Bohai Rim region. Finally,structure equation modeling package is used to test it. The research result shows that: TMT social relationship has positive effects on the alliance partners' trust and innovation capacity; the alliance partners' trust plays an intermediary role between the TMT social relationship and innovation capacity. Specially,emotional trust is a partial mediator,but ability trust doesn't have a significant effect. According to the research,the companies in this process of transformation and upgrading should make the use of the TMT social relationship to enhance trust. By this way,the information,capital and technology will move faster to achieve the final goal of improving the innovation capacity.
