摘要
作为一种运动诱导的肌肉因子,Irisin可以在运动后激活、分泌、并转运到身体的各个器官,作用于白色脂肪组织,通过棕化作用增加机体能量消耗,提高葡萄糖的利用,降低胰岛素抵抗,因而对代谢性相关疾病如肥胖、糖尿病、神经认知功能障碍等具有重要的调节作用,从而实现健康促进的效应。本文对Irisin的发现、结构、组织分布、功能、代谢性疾病的调控及目前研究问题与展望进行详细综述,为代谢性疾病提供新的预防与治疗途径或策略。
As a newly discovered myokine induced by exercise,irisin is activated and released after exercise,and transported to each organ to target on white adipose tissues,thus increasing energy expenditure through browning reaction,improving glucose utilization,and reducing insulin resistance.Therefore,it plays an important role in metabolic diseases such as obesity,diabetes and neurocognitive diseases and executes the function of health promotion. In this article, the discovery, molecular structure,tissue distribution, physiological functions, regulation on metabolic diseases, and future development of irisin have been reviewed and discussed,which will provide a novel approach or strategy for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases.
