大学生成人依恋类型与情绪调节策略的关系 被引量:10

The relationship of adult attachment and emotion regulation strategies among college students

摘要 目的探究大学生成人依恋类型与情绪调节策略的关系。方法采用情绪调节策略量表(ERQ)与亲密关系经历量表(ECR)对随机抽取的120名大学生进行调查。结果大学生成人依恋类型在性别上差异无统计学意义,情绪调节策略在性别上差异有统计学意义,表现在男性的表达抑制得分显著高于女性(t=14.590,P<0.01)。大学生成人依恋类型与情绪调节策略存在显著相关,回避型依恋与认知重评呈显著负相关(r=-0.45,P<0.05),与表达抑制显著正相关(r=0.55,P<0.05);焦虑型依恋与认知重评呈显著正相关(r=0.74,P<0.05),与表达抑制呈显著负相关(r=-0.34,P<0.05);依恋回避的大学生更多的使用表达抑制策略(t=-9.350,P<0.01),依恋焦虑的大学生更多的使用认知重评策略(t=2.644,P<0.01)。结论大学生成人依恋类型与情绪调节策略存在显著相关。 Objective To explore the relationship of adult attachment and emotion regulation strategies among college students. Methods 120 college students were randomly chosen to complete Emotion Regulation Questionnaire( ERQ)and Experiences in Close Relationship Inventory( ECR). Results There were no significant gender differences in adult attachment types,but the score of strategy of expression suppression in boys were significant higher than that in girls( t =14. 590,P〈 0. 01). There was significant correction between adult attachment and emotion regulation strategies. Specially,attachment avoidance had significant negative correlation with cognitive reappraisal( r =-0. 45,P〈 0. 05) and positive correlation with expression suppression( r = 0. 55,P〈 0. 05). Attachment anxiety had significant positive correlation with cognitive reappraisal( r = 0. 74,P〈 0. 05) and negative correlation with expression suppression( r =-0. 34,P〈 0. 05).Students with attachment avoidance significantly used more cognitive reappraisal methods( t =-9. 350,P〈 0. 01),and students with attachment anxiety significant used more expression suppression method( t = 2. 644,P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Adult attachment has significant correlation with emotion regulation strategies.
