气相色谱法测定有机电解液中DX、DME、DMI含量研究 被引量:1

摘要 锂铁电池(Li-Fe S2)是很有发展潜力的电池之一。由于采用LCE(low cost electrolyte)有机电解液作为替代品,其DX(1,3-dioxolane 1,3-二氧戊烷),DME(1,2-dimethoxyethane 1,2-二甲氧基乙烷)和DMI(3,5-dimethylisoxazole 3,5-二甲基异恶唑)的含量检测办法国内研究较少。本论文利用丙酮稀释LCE电解液后,从色谱柱的选择,温度的设定和气体分流比的设定用气相色谱法检测其中的DX、DME、DMI的含量。并在干燥间内配制出和LCE电解液成分相似的控制样来检验检测结果,求出回收率及标准偏差,实验证明是一种稳定可靠的方法。 Lithium iron battery( Li- Fe S2) is one of the potential batteries at present. Due to the adoption of LCE(low cost electrolyte) organic electrolyte as a substitute in the lithium iron battery,very few studies were carried out on the content detection method of DX( 1,3- dioxolane), DME( 1,2- dimethoxyethane) and DMI( 3,5-dimethylisoxazole). After LCE organic electrolyte was diluted by acetone,the content of DX,DME and DMI were detected by gas chromatography with the selection of column,the setting of temperature and gas split ration. Moreover,the controlled samples which were similar to the LCE electrolyte components were prepared to test the results and then the recovery rate and standard deviation were obtained. The experiment results proved to be a stable and reliable method.
