摘要
近年来,电气自动化的程度相对较高,电气自动化技术在化工行业中的应用日益广泛,成为化工行业的发展趋势。随着电气自动化的应用领域越来越多,电气自动化设备的可靠性逐渐成为电气自动化应用的主要问题之一。本文以PLC控制系统为例,通过电气自动化设备可靠性的测试方法、影响因素及提高方法等几个方面对电气自动化控制设备可靠性进行分析及优化,从而提高化工行业的产品质量及生产效益。
In recent years,the electrical automation degree is relatively high,and electrical automation control equipment in the enterprise application is more and more widely. How to improve the reliability of electrical automation equipment is becoming increasingly concerned by people,and it has become one of the main problems of the application of electrical automation. From the aspects of electrical automation equipment reliability testing method,influence factors and improving methods,the reliability of electrical automation control equipment were analyzed and optimized by taking the PLC control system for example,in order to improve the product quality and production efficiency of enterprises.
