Reflections on the Construction of Basic Chemistry Experimental Teaching Team in Newly Founded Local Undergraduate Colleges

建设一支高素质的实验师资队伍,是地方高校培养应用型人才的坚实保证。实验师资队伍的状况与实验教学水平高低有着直接关系。现结合我校基础化学实验师资队伍建设现状,提出"设置合理岗位、合理引进、建立有效的激励机制、加大培训力度"为核心内容的基础化学实验师资队伍建设措施,以期建立一支科学、可持续、优秀的基础化学实验师资队伍适应当前形势的要求。

The construction of a high quality lab technician team is a guarantee for cultivating applied talents in local undergraduate universities. There is a direct relationship between the situation of experimental teaching staff and the level of experimental teaching. Based on analyses of the status quo of the basic chemistry lab technician team in Liupanshui Normal College,some useful measures for deepening construction of teaching team were presented,such as reasonable setting up posts,reasonable introduction of talents,setting up incentive mechanisms strengthening training,in order to establish a branch of science,sustainable and excellent basic chemistry lab technician team to meet the requirements of the current situation.
