摘要 研究了可在500℃左右使用的近α型Ti6242合金化学成分取标准要求的上、中、下限对其铸件室、高温力学性能的影响,以及在此基础上进一步调整Al、Zr、O含量对其铸件室、高温力学性能的影响。结果表明:1上、中、下限成分的铸件室温抗拉强度均超过930 MPa,延伸率大于7%,500℃的抗拉强度达到638 MPa,满足课题指标要求,综合考虑生产和成本因素,取中限的更适合工程化推广应用;2进一步调整Al、Zr、O元素含量,可使铸件的室温抗拉强度超过980 MPa,延伸率还可达到8%以上,500℃的抗拉强度达到675 MPa,比课题技术指标要求有较大的富裕量,明显高于目前常用的Ti-6Al-4V合金和Ti-6Al-2V-1Zr-1Mo合金铸件力学性能,非常适合在飞机、汽车等领域应用。 The effects of chemical composition range on mechanical properties of α-type titanium alloy Ti6242 at ambient and high temperature were studied. The effects of Al,Zr,O contents adjustion on mechanical properties at ambient and high temperature were also investigated. The results show that,the room temperature tensile strength of three kinds of Ti6242 titanium alloy castings are all above 900 MPa,and the ductility are above 7%. Tensile strength at 500 ℃ can reach 638 MPa,which could meet the requirements of project. After adjusting Al,Zr,O contents,the tensile strength at room temperature can reach 980 MPa and the ductility can reach 8%. The tensile strength at 500 ℃can reach 675 MPa,which is much higher than the requirements,better than currently used Ti-6Al-4V alloy and Ti-6Al-2V-1Zr-1Mo alloy,and is suitable for application in aircraft,automotive and other fields.
