重视学生职业能力的培养是我国高职教育发展的趋势。本文从高职教育人才培养模式的视角出发探寻职业能力导向的多轨实训模式,指出培养具有职业素养的高素质技能型人才是职业教育的目的,提高学生的职业能力是灵魂,人才培养模式是关键。

The attention on the cultivation of students＇ professional ability is the trend of the development of the higher vocational education in our country. This paper, starting from the perspective of talent training mode of higher vocational education, explores the multi-track training mode of vocational ability. And it also points out that the purpose of vocational education is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with professional quality, the soul is to improve the students＇ professional ability and the key is the talent training mode.
