广州市社区体育指导员队伍建设与产业化培育的研究

Research on Construction of Community Sports Instructor Team and Cultivation of Industrialization in Guangzhou

运用文献资料、调查问卷、数理统计等方法,对广州市社区体育指导员队伍建设状况和业务能力进行调查分析,发现目前社区体育指导员存在人数不足,年龄和成员构成不合理等问题,影响和制约了社区体育的蓬勃发展。建议通过多种途径加强社区体育指导队伍建设,科学引导和培养社会社区需求以及提高和规范供给,适时推动广州市社区指导员的产业化市场培育发展之路。

This paper investigates and analyzes the construction of community sports instructor team and the ability of the instructors of Guangzhou City by the use of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method. It finds out that the current problems,such as the lack of sports instructors, the age, and the unreasonable constitution, influence and restrict the vigorous development of community sports. Therefore, the community sports instructor team should be positively constructed, the social needs of the community should be scientifically guided and developed, and the industrialization of the market of community instructors in Guangzhou City should be timely cultivated.
