为加强工科实验室的管理,开发了工科实验室管理系统,加强了实验日志数据源的管理,自动生成了本科评估所需要的各种报表,应用条码技术加强了对实验设备的管理,应用短信平台技术实现了设备催还及实验室的开放预约。实践证明,系统加强了工科实验室的人力资源管理、设备管理以及课程管理,达到了本科评估的要求。

In order to strengthen the management of the engineering laboratory, the engineering laboratory management system is developed. It strengthens the management of the test log data and automatically generates a variety of report used for undergraduate course assessment. The application of Bar Code technology strengthens the management of the laboratory equipment. SMS platform technology is applied to urge the return of the equipment on time, and it realizes the open of the laboratory by an appointment in advance. Practice has proved that the system would strengthen the management of human resources, equipment and course in engineering laboratory and the system has reached the requirements of undergraduate course assessment.
