摘要
法律职业资格考试的改革给宪法教学带来了新的挑战。高校应当以培养学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力为中心,将法律职业资格考试和法学本科教育相结合,探索任务驱动教学法、宪法事例教学法、导师制,深化宪法教学改革,推进法学本科教育的健康发展。
The reform of legal profession qualification examination has brought opportunities to constitutional teaching reform. In order to cultivate the students' learning ability, practice ability and innovation ability, local colleges should combine the legal profession qualification examination with the undergraduate education of law, explore the task-driven method, case method and the tutorial system to promote the undergraduate legal education.
