摘要
在大数据时代,现代人们对数据及其内在价值和作用的认知和看法,决定着是否能够发现并使用数据内在的被隐藏的价值,实现医疗、管理、政治、经济的革新。基于此,阐述大数据时代基本含义及特性,并从内外两方面总结大数据时代下我国公立医院人力资源的优化配置。
In the age of big data, modern people's cognitions and views about data and the intrinsic values and functions of data determine whether people can find and use the hidden value of data, and thus renovate the medical treatments, management, politics and economy. This paper mainly discusses about the basic meaning and characteristics of the age of big data and summarizes the optimization of human resources distribution of Chinese public hospitals both internally and externally.
