改革开放以来的新时期红色精神经历了从区域到全国、从边缘到主流的发展历程,与中国改革发展的社会主流相适应相吻合。努力使红色精神不脱于时代浪潮在大众间影响、传承,充分发挥红色精神在社会主义先进文化建设、构建社会主义核心价值体系的巨大作用。在目前传承红色精神面临挑战的情况下,中华民族必须要有一个由红色精神塑造的内心精神家园,塑造中国人民实现民族伟大复兴的共同理想、共同信念,将红色精神根植于时代发展中。

Since the reform and opening up,the Red Spirit has seen a development from partial areas to the whole China and fused with the mainstream of China＇s reform and development. It plays an important role in the building of socialist core value and the construction of advanced socialist culture. Though facing challenges in the new situation,we must inherit the spirit and reshape the common dream of Chinese people with it.
