摘要
分析了在役管线母材及焊缝的故障缺陷的主要类型及形成原因,并根据其在X射线底片上的显图的特点,确定了在役管线母材及焊缝的故障缺陷所提取的特征参数的类别,并对其提取算法进行介绍,为智能分类识别在役管线故障缺陷X射线检测图像奠定了基础.
The main types of the fault of the base metal and the welding- line of the in- service pipeline were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the X- ray film,the characteristic parameters were determined. A feature extraction algorithm was proposed It may provide an important base for the intelligent recognition and the fault classification of the in- service pipeline of the x ray image.
