摘要
为了设计出制冷机最适用的位移传感器,构建了现用传感器的有限元模型,并对输出特性作了仿真分析及实验验证,进一步利用该模型指导了二段式结构的设计及优化。利用该有限元模型设计的样品的实验结果与仿真结果基本吻合,该模型对差动变压器式位移传感器的分析计算有效可行。
To design the displacement transducer suited for the cryocooler,the finite element model for current transducer was constructed. The output characteristic was simulated and relevant experiment was carried out to verify the simulation. Furthermore, the finite element model analysis was applied to guide the design and optimization of the two-section structure. The experiment result of the prototype was mostly coincident with the simulation result, indicating that the simulation of the model is effective for analyzing the linear variable differential transformer.
