摘要 通过对某10 m纯电动客车局部采用低密度材料,车架采用高强度材料,部分骨架结构采用优化的方法进行轻量化设计,并采用CAE对轻量化设计后的整车骨架进行强度分析。轻量化设计后的结构,不但能够满足整车的强度要求,而且能够增加车辆的续驶里程。 For a 10 m- length pure electric bus, the authors make it lightweight design through measures of its local parts using low- density materials, its chassis frame using high- strength materials and its partial skeleton structures taking optimization. Then, they use CAE to analyze the strength for the lightweight designed vehicle framework. The lightweight designed structure can not only meet the strength requirement of the vehicle but also increase the continuous travel distance of the vehicle.
