摘要
绥电公司一期2台800 MW机组电除尘改造中采用了加高方案,在原除尘器上层加高6.5 m,增加到15.5 m,新增加部分荷载由原有钢架承担,因此需完成对电除尘器本体增加荷载后基础和钢架的承载力评估。通过建立原电除尘器结构模型,将新老荷载共同作用于整体模型上,按非抗震检验,由软件计算出最不利内力组合并验算钢架柱的承载力,以提取柱脚反力值用于基础验算的方式检验在电除尘器改造加固增加新荷载之后,除尘器原有钢架柱和基础能够满足设计要求。
ESP transformation program of Suizhong power company 2 × 800 MW units used a heighten proposal,which heightening 6.5 m ( total to 15.5 m) in the upper of primary ESP. Because of the newly added part of the load borne by the original steel frame, so it should have capacity assessment of the base and steel frame after loading of the ESP. This paper established the original ESP structure model,put the old and new loads acting on the whole model, and according to the non-seismic test, calculated the most unfavorable combination of internal forces and checked the bearing capacity of steel columns by the software, and extracted column foot reaction force values for basic checking to test the boiler original steel columns and foundation to meet the design requirements after reinforcement of ESP transformation.
